Lots of Full Timers

This is a marina with what was once a KOA the water on the Delta loop. Road is narrow on top of a levy that has lots of uneven surfaces. Go slow. Most camp spots are full time residents. One section has a bunch of cool looking tiny homes. Laundry room was good. Never went in bathrooms. Stayed two…

Great Location on The River, Lots of Amenities, Close to Bay Area

This RV park has its own marina and is located on the San Joaquin River. We brought the boat for a nice weekend getaway from the city. Lovely views of Mount Diablo and sunsets on the water, lot of waterfront restaurants and cruising places.
