Great BUT noisy

This campground has been awesome. The hosts are friendly and fun, the facilities are well maintained and there are perks like showers and laundry machines. My only complaint is that it is loud. There are quiet hours but the campground hosts aren’t very intent on holding campers to them. Given the…

Beautiful location, awesome amenities

One of the best places we have camped at in the Oregon Coast and so close to amazing attractions. The bathrooms have flush potty’s, the showers are no fee, and super nice. There is no sewer dumping at the park, so plan accordingly. They do have grey water dumping, trash, drinking water, and…

Nice and peaceful

Beautiful and shady. There is access to the stream which has a nice swimming hole, if you don’t mind the cold. The campground is quite with absolutely no cell service, which is great if that’s what you are looking for. A small warning, the mosquitoes are abundant in the early evening.

Nice, beautiful redwoods.

Sites were a bit close for my taste. The redwoods make up fr it though. There is a kiddie park in walking distance.

Love it!

Ferngully. Prehistoric. Quiet and pet friendly! Decent showers, and great involvement from the staff! No annoying camp hosts!

Wonderful Experience

My family and I tented one night while on a cross country road trip. The campground is nestled back along the Klamath River, almost to the Pacific Ocean. The front office was nice with some basic food items one might forget. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. After checking us in, led us right…

Couldn’t stay long enough

We were only there for 12 hours unfortunately. Could be the most private campground we’ve ever been too. Obviously the redwoods provided a lot of privacy but the foliage and brush was huge between each site.

I stayed 1 night and then reserved 5 nights for my dads RV, tent area is a stones throw to a majestic lake that is home to a river otter, or maybe a beaver. Trail around the lake with a cute little meadow called gopher island. Hot showers, great supply in the store, almost every tent spot has a…

Beautiful coastal meadow camping

We rented an RV and discovered we couldn’t fit down the narrow roads to the campsite we planned for. Praying for plan B we drove back to this RV park we saw from the road. Thankfully they had space for us. We learned about the roaming Elk herd that passed right through the camp. The camp host made…

Very remote but with fairly easy access.

. Right on a beautiful swimming hole.  Has pit toilets. Even if you find other campers there (rare) you can’t hear anything due to the river. Several other campsites around as well. Chose one directly on the river. Plenty of firewood around. Filtered water from the river. Another campsite 45…

Not Bad; New Ownership

This campground looked good on paper. Overall it wasn't bad but it was clear that the new owners are making some changes. The facilities are less than ideal. There was one toilet for women for 30+ campers. The two showers were dirty even after some men came to clean them on Monday (3 days after I…

20 year old RV Rule! Can't stay here. :-E

I have a beautiful, fully remodeled 1991 Winnebago Micro-Minnie Warrior. This site has a 20 year old RV rule. Any site that won't let my RV book gets a 1 Star review.

Late Night Stay

My friend and i were car camping and looking for a place to stay around the area that was free and everything felt a little bit unsafe. We ended up settling on this campsite for only $20 a night. You drive in and find an open spot (there are plenty!) and then pay cash. This spot was beautiful and…

Absolutely beautiful❣️ Highly recommend.

Quiet unless you are next to the Hwy., which we were. At 8:30 pm it seems to be slowing down; regardless, you can’t hear it from other areas of the campground. Still, it did not bother me enough for it to damper my stay or change my rating.
