Year-round campground. Dry camping only. Has showers (nice hot water), and flush toilets. Showers are designed to accept tokens but this season not needed.
Each site has a parking space, picnic table and fire pit. Some have older stone fireplaces…
I stayed at this park with my daughter and dog for one night while passing through.
The facilities are very clean, showers have nice hot water for a minimal fee.
The dog park is small, but well maintained with poop bags on site for your use.

I love this place. I camped here several times last year and just went up again for my first trip this season. They have 13 sites (tent) but I did see some RV's get into a few spots. The drive in could be a challenge for an RV, so I'd caution anyone to check it out first, before pulling a trailer…

Camped here twice, and have plans to go again. Great kayaking, easy launch and enjoy the hiking trail around the lake. My wife enjoyed the ice cream too.
Hidden out of the way little gem. The campground has only eight sites. The restrooms are clean and showers are available at a neighboring campground. Right now the lake is so low you really can’t get to it. But it’s great just to hang out in peace and quiet. Be sure to download directions, hiking…
Loud highway is right there. I like how forested campground is. Not many people here. Showers were free ( at least at this time). Good value for the price. I liked the short hike to Sacramento river.
