About This Campground

Private location and amazing views. Just 15 mins from Hwy 101. Up in the hills that rise above Santa Rosa and the Sonoma Valley, Mystic Mountain is a perfect retreat tucked away from the hustle and bustle in the valleys below. We're a working farm with tons of vegetables in our garden that are about ready to be harvested. The property is also located in a unique location that has had a very active geologic history. Compressed volcanic ash from an eruption millions of years ago make up the majority of the site's topography, and if you look hard enough you'll also find pieces of petrified wood. Don't worry about firewood as there is plenty at the site. An outhouse has also been installed for your convenience and privacy! So come enjoy this slice of heaven located near many local wineries. Head on up the mountain and relax at your own private campsite while the sun sets over coastal mountain ranges in the distance. Hands down one of the best sunsets in the North Bay! Come on up and enjoy the farm life. We have a large year around vegetable garden, goats, chickens, bees and pigs. Summer time is in full swing and we have an abundance of fresh food. The garden is full of zucchini, corn, cucumbers, potatoes, tomatoes and lots of other things. All are available to purchase at $2 per pound, self pick. If you would like us to pick for you just let us know what you would like and we will have a package ready for you. Please plan to arrive before dark, if possible, to help with getting to camp and setting up.
