Great site w/ beautiful views
We stopped at Four Jeffrey on a whim and it ended up being a great campground with super friendly and helpful camp hosts and lots of really cool sites with great views. We lucked out and got one with a bit of coverage by the stream, enjoyed a nice walk by the water and a nice peaceful night by the fire. Unfortunately we didn't have much time here so I'm not sure about the recreation in the area, but I'm sure it would be a great home base for any fun activities you're doing in the area.
Stick to the Stream
Pulled in late without a res, stopped by Sabrina, which was full up, and then Four Jeffrey campsite. Ran into site managers Dan and ___? upon pulling in who were glad to set me up with Site #1 as someone had just cancelled. They were kind and helpful, the whole area is clean and open, not a lot of coverage unless you are along the stream, which I was. If you have an option I would recommend scoring a spot in one of the sites along the stream, whichever follow along the side #1 is on, and you will be treated to a private stream-side retreat that feels apart from everything else. Easy access to South Lake and hiking - I recommend the Treasure Lakes. Wonderful!
Great location for Lake Sabrina and South Lake
Stayed here on 4th of July weekend and was able to find a first come first serve spot. A lot of the spots don’t have much shade but there are some that do have shade. The bathrooms are cleaned daily. Only about 10-15 minute drive to the lakes. Overall a pretty good spot as long as you can find shade in the summer.
