It’s a really nice spot, not the best amenities but there’s so much to explore, you can drive ahead this campground and take the dirt road to some of the most wonderful places, I was able to get really deep with a road motorcycle so you don’t really need an 4*4 but I would definitely recommend…

My husband and I dry camped in our RV here for one night in mid January. Park was very packed, but very clean and quiet. Nice place to get some rest. Gorgeous views of the superstitions. Unfortunately we had to buy an extra day pass to hike in as check in is at 2pm and check out is at noon. If you…
They have both cabins and rv and tent the views are amazing 👏 stafed great . Just make sure you read the rules for cabins vs tent ⛺️
Roads are a little rough, just take it slow. There are a lot of sites, lots of utvs and folks riding horses out here. Town is close, close enough you can hear it. Altogether it's a nice place to make camp for a bit.
I loved this place, there’s ton of activity you can do and people are really nice and friendly. The bathrooms aren’t the cleanest but they aren’t that bad. You should definitely bring your own fire wood also don’t forget your fishing rods. The only problem I had was one of the visitors was…
I didn't like paying $25 a night for a space with no hookups, but we did choose a site near the shower house, so that was good. Superstitions are awesome! Coyotes yip at night. Quail ran thru my site. The dog park is great!
Crowded but quiet, dog friendly. Spots were large enough, however some were placed parallel to the road, which concerned us about our slide. Ended up being fine, beautiful sunset views, close enough to the city and fun to explore up the mountains.
Camping was spot on! Very clean and quiet and good camp spots.
Nice, clean state park. Fantastic hiking trails leaving from park including Flatiron mountain. Epic hike! Nice clean warm showers. Negative is that many people run their generators non stop. That is annoying!
Water only on generous sites with great views. No showers, elec. Very nice people, adjacent to Tortilla Flats. Basic!
The park has a nice trail for sunset, and the campground is well maintained. There is overflow parking for $15 per night, no service.
Dry camped. Generator hours are 5-7 at night and 8-10 in the morning. Sight was level and views are great in all directions. Can see canyon one direction and sunset over Mesa in the other.

Sites are spaced out and the restrooms/showers were super clean! Met some friendly folks and had a great time there. I did wind cave trail and pass mountain trail and i recommend both!
Super solid camping outside of Phoenix. Great views all around. Excellent hiking and mountain biking in area. Easy access.
Nice view but the access road is terrible
