I've stayed in Hope many times. The campground is a bit out of town but is convenient for hiking to Gull Rock. Water stations are located in a couple places throughout the campground. Bathrooms have always been clean. On the weekends there is usually a band of some sort playing at the Seaview cafe. It can get busy but the people are the friendliest.
