Fort Toulouse - Jackson Park Campground

2 days ran us $32 power right next to the cement RV pad and grassy shaded areas abundant. Camp host wasn't visible, the next morning they were very understanding in letting uz stay another night. 24 hour showers and a firepit wirh water. Dont let the 5pm cut off for the office scare ya off, the gate does close at 9pm so give em a hollar.

A lot of perks with this $20 a night campground. You have access to the trails and historic park, views of the river, and electric and water hookups. One dump station, but for the price we can't complain. Had a lot of fun at our stop there!

Initially planned to stay two nights, but made it four! Beautiful, quiet campground. Had separate men & women's bathrooms, w 4 or 5 toilet stalls and maybe 4 showers (not all worked well). Each site was big and never felt too close to other campers. Well kept property (bathrooms run down - but not gross). Campground inside of park w several walking/hiking trails. Very tranquil. Each spot (maybe 40 spots) had w/e w dump station on way out. No more than eight campers while we were there.
