Hi! My name is Rafael Braune and I own this precious property at Groveland and I’m glad I can share this with you! If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet place our place is what you need. Bring your rv or tend, or stay in one of our rvs! We are located in a rural area of Groveland, in the Green Swamp area. We love camping, so we decided to have our own “campground” in our 50 acres property and share it with people who share our passion! Rural doesn’t have to mean far from everything. It’s true that we have no neighbors around but we are not away from everything: we are very close to Disney (around 30 minutes) and less than 10 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants. Feel free to fish in our private 15 acres pond! Wildlife can be seen everywhere! Cranes, deers, wild turkeys, hogs and more can be easily spotted. If you love nature and wildlife, you gonna love this place!

Quiet and secluded with lots of wildlife

I stayed at Raphael's campground for a few days during spring turkey season. I was very impressed with how clean the grounds were and was surprised to see that they had installed 30-amp hookups for electricity and water. I was tenting so didn't take advantage of those, but they are there. The location is pretty secluded and very quiet, aside from the local wildlife that are nearby (turkey gobbles and sandhill cranes squawking), but that is what camping is all about! The other folks there were super nice and very helpful. I was very grateful for Raphael's flexibility on check out time so I could get an extra morning of hunting in. Overall, I'd highly recommend camping here and I'll be back next spring.

Relaxing

If your looking for a place where your free to set your tent wherever in the woods, this place is to go. It’s definitely a nice place to go for some solitude and relaxation in your tent.
